As you plan your trip to Orlando, Florida, where should you stay? The Disney properties are fabulous — as long as your pockets are deep! “Budget” hotels can be fine, assuming that you’re willing to cram into one or two rooms (and, usually, go without a kitchen and laundry facilities). A private pool house is an affordable solution when you need lots of space and the comforts of home. However, you may be disappointed by the size of your “private pool” and the lack of other
on-site amenities.

The good news is, you no longer have to choose between the privacy and comfort of a pool home and the amenities of a four-star hotel. With our privately-owned townhome within Regal Palms Resort and Spa, you can enjoy the best of both worlds — all at a budget-friendly price.

Rates include 12% Florida Hotel Tax but do not include a $10 per night resort fee. The $10 per night fee is assessed and collected by the resort management. You will be asked to pay this upon arrival at the resort. In addition, a $100.00 refundable damage deposit is required.

Any stay of six nights or less will be subject to a $85.00 cleaning fee.
This fee is waived for stays of seven nights or more.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed in writing by the owners.
